Thanks Debbie, and as Gayle would say YOU ROCK. For everyone that will read the blog, we need help. Approx 60 FSS's were at the October convention and were at the meeting with Leo Ribas, Vicky Hobbs, Eddie Rodiguez, Cindy Mund when they listen to what we had say. This is a follow up to that and we got our meeting. Now is the time for everyone to speak up with what they feel, we also need facts that back them up, so we as the Leadership team can take it to management so we can try our best to get some changes made. The CSO's and CSC's are a mess. The CSO's dont have enough workers to get the job done. Even with the SDR that management raves about. We need ways to show improvement in how they are doing it. We know the job the best. The CSC's need help with the way calls are being handled. Lets come up with the best ways to improve our jobs. Remember if we can give them a solution to thier problem as a positive force they might just listen. Speak up this is the employees voice network not the states like the IESA home page.
