The WFSE CSD Leadership Team will be meeting with management on the 28th to discuss the issues and problems with the SDR and the changes being made to the CSC's. We need specific issues in YOUR office, any data you can provide to support the issues and any and ALL suggestions on how to fix this problem or how to provide better services to our clients without staff ending up in the hospital or ill.
Please feel free to be creative, but respectful, in your suggestions for improvements in the processes. This is your line to the top without the censure of the levels between. What ya know?
